Dan Wilson started Moxe when he realized that secure and efficient exchange of health data is essential to provide the best outcomes for patients. He is interested in the ways abrasion between payers and providers adds cost and complexity to our system. Since 2012, Wilson has been building a team dedicated to connecting payer and provider organizations around use case specific, minimum necessary information exchange. Prior to Moxe, Wilson worked at Epic implementing EMRs for industry leading institutions around the US.

Wilson completed his bachelor’s degree in economics and German from the University of Michigan. In Madison, WI, he serves as an advisor to the United Way, partners with the school district on experiential learning opportunities, and is a founder and board member of the Chamber of Commerce HealthTech Capitol initiative.
