This session, developed in collaboration with the Healthcare Financial Management Association, will focus on how revenue cycle, health IT, and health plans can effectively collaborate to improve efficiency in revenue cycle operations. Health plan collaboration results in lower costs, improved metrics and increased patient and clinician satisfaction. Drawing upon examples that include prior authorizations, complex claims, and administrative denials, hear best practices in working with health plans to improve documentation, coding, and the use of metrics to monitor and improve performance.
