Telehealth has changed the way that healthcare may be delivered. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services relaxed some of the requirements for telehealth payment at the beginning of the COVID-19 public health emergency. The Office of Inspector General (OIG) has been adding telehealth projects to the OIG Work Plan.
