The Group of 20 (G20) is an informal gathering of many of the world’s largest economies and the premier global forum for discussing economic issues. Since 2017, global health has been an important aspect of the G20’s annual agenda. This session will explore the importance of health on the G20’s agenda to accelerate progress towards the United Nations’ sustainable development goals. Attendees will gain an understanding of the importance of digital health on the global stage and its role in advancing global health transformation as well as ensuring the long-term resiliency of healthcare systems.
