  • Review modifications to the information blocking rule and address roadblocks to achieving interoperability within provider organizations, health information exchanges, and with health IT vendors
  • Examine the step-by-step action plan Franciscan Health used to prepare stakeholders, conduct a gap analysis, communicate, train, and implement a successful compliance program
  • Identify ways to collaborate with actors to train, test, and adjust within their specific organizations to achieve compliance and prepare for additional regulation changes as we look long-term to encompass all the entities within the health information ecosystem
